Experienced real estate vetrans Deniene and Scott Dailey have been working in Delaware beach real estate since 2003.

After starting in property management in 2012, Deniene combines tireless energy, a competitive spirit, and over ten years of experience selling the beach and helping clients find their dream home at the Delaware beaches.  She has worked with buyers and sellers in transactions priced from under $35,000 to over $3,500,000.

Scott began his real estate development career in 2002, and has worked as an agent since 2003.  Scott has extensive experience in new construction, land use, complex transaction negotiation, and commerical/residential sales.
